Writing The Literature Review Chapter

Dissertation Writing A dissertation or thesis is a document submitted in support of candidature for an academic degree or professional qualification presenting the author’s research and findings. In some countries/universities, the word "thesis" is used as part of a bachelor's or master's course, while "dissertation" is normally applied to a doctorate. Dissertation Writing always requires enormous hard work, a lot of time and gigantic energy. Whether it is for undergraduate, Masters or PhD Level, it is a crucial task and it is impossible to take it easily. Writing a dissertation is a staggering event and a crucial point requiring specialized treatment and proper research. Usually dissertation reports on a research project or an extended analysis of a topic. The structure of a dissertation explains the purpose, the methods used and the findings of the project by including a series of chapters: an introduction, which introduces the research topic, with an explanation of why the subject was chosen for study; a literature review, reviewing relevant literature and showing how it has informed the research issue; a methodology chapter, explaining how the research has been designed and why the research methods being used have been chosen; findings chapter, outlining the findings of the research itself; an analysis and discussion chapter, analyzing the findings and discussing them in the context of the literature review (this chapter is often divided into two - analysis and discussion); a conclusion. The beginning of Dissertation Writing is marked by recognizing the purpose of your paper, revealing the importance of working effectively with your supervisor and the challenge of managing your study time effectively. The next main aspect is selecting, researching and exploring a topic, with a special attention to methodology and related theory; structure and effectively describe in details the dissertation text, using critical thinking and fulfilling the task with accuracy following certain style, maintain academic principles: ethics, referencing and intellectual honesty. Remember, the facts resulting from an experiment are called “data”'. The term “knowledge”' implies that the facts have been analyzed, condensed, or combined with facts from other experiments to produce useful information. While Dissertation Writing you should mind that your paper must carefully separate cause-effect relationships from simple statistical correlations. A literature review usually discovers the strengths and weakness as for information sources. It should demonstrate knowledge of existing research, identify gaps in the literature that your research paper as a whole is intended to fill and provide reasons for conducting the research. While performing Dissertation Writing (every scientific research paper), the author never draws conclusions about the economic viability or commercial success of an idea/method, nor speculates about the history of development or origins of an idea. A scientist must remain objective about the merits of an idea independent of its commercial popularity. In particular, a scientist never assumes that commercial success is a valid measure of merit (many popular products are neither well-designed nor well-engineered), so mind that statements relating to commerce division or to your personal attitude must be avoided as irrelevant in such a serious academic paper as dissertation. In general while Dissertation Writing it is worth keeping in mind that an academic research work is not a piece of writing tending to reproduce information available elsewhere, but it is something absolutely new and expressive of your individual abilities to analyze and synthesize.
